You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged full price of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session. If you are not satisfied with your therapist, please notify us within 15 minutes of your session and we'll gladly change your therapist when available or issue refund. There will be no refund after 15 minutes in treatment.

For Online Booking and Payment has been made by Credit card, You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days after you cancel appointment, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly, the time it takes us to process your refund once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
